PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing/measuring light source which has a light output intensity with a small change enough to conduct an analysis with a high reproducibility. SOLUTION: A glass lens 2 condenses a luminous flux in a visible/IR wavelength band emitted from a tungsten lamp 1 on a point 25mm this side of the center of a radiation light source 4. A quartz lens 5 condenses the flux from the condensing point and a luminous flux in an UV wavelength band emitted from the radiation light source 4 on a slit 7. The tungsten lamp 1 and the glass lens 2 are so located as to condense on the point 25mm this side of the center of the light source 4, thereby condensing the visible/IR light emitted from the tungsten lamp 1 and the UV light emitted from the radiation light source 4 on the slit 7. This allows the lights from a plurality of light sources to be supplied as an analyzing/measuring light source, without mechanically switching over the lights. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
