<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating a piezoelectric actuator which accurately measures with a simple method without bonding the actuator to a supporting member, and also to provide a liquid droplets discharging device. <P>SOLUTION: The evaluation method of the piezoelectric actuator having a plurality of displacement elements 7 evaluates a piezoelectric characteristic of the piezoelectric elements 7 by measuring an intrinsic polarization of a D-E hysteresis curve of the displacement elements 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
