PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor environment controlling system, and its control method, capable of optimally adjusting an indoor air state via a home network. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the indoor environment controlling system having an indoor environment controlling apparatus for controlling at least one indoor environmental element, and its control method. This indoor environment controlling system is characterized by including an operation sensing device having a movable radio transmitting receiving part for transmitting and receiving data by radio transmission, an indoor environment state sensing part for sensing a state of the indoor environmental element, and a control part for transmitting a sensing result of the indoor environment state sensing part via the radio transmitting receiving part; and a control server for controlling the indoor environment controlling apparatus, so as to control the indoor environmental element on the basis of the received sensing result, by receiving the indoor environment state sensing result transmitted from the operation sensing device.
