PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing building capable of forming a space of healing with an open feeling while ensuring privacy. SOLUTION: The housing building 1 is constituted by having a passage 2 formed of transparent plates 21 in the shape of a tunnel between the outdoors and a first bedroom 12e, a second bedroom 12f and a main bedroom 12g, forming an exterior wall section 2a of the passage 2 and a partition wall section 2b of a wall having water 22 between two transparent plates 21 and 21, making the wall look like swinging by a flow of the water 22 so that visibility of an object holding the wall can always vary and, at the same time, forming the roof section 2c of the passage 2 by collecting the water 22 on the transparent plates 21.
