PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera apparatus with high controllability even when an exposure time is changed and capable of stably transmitting an image with high quality even when the lightness is steeply changed and to provide an image server and an image server system. SOLUTION: The camera apparatus includes: a signal level detection means 5d1; and a video signal level control means 5c for adjusting a level of a video signal outputted from an imaging means 5a and provides an output of image data externally, and the video signal level control means 5c is provided with a control level adjustment means 8a for deciding a correction amount in the case of adjusting the level of the video signal. When the exposure time of the imaging means is changed and the video signal is outputted for a period longer than a prescribed period, the control level adjustment means 8a decides the correction amount in response to the exposure time and the signal level detected by the signal level detection means 5d1, and the video signal level control means 5c adjusts the level of the video signal on the basis of the control correction amount.
