PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus having an opening communicating with the outside and having waterproof structure capable of easily attaining a waterproof effect without causing cost rising. SOLUTION: A battery adapter having the opening 59 communicating with the outside and made waterproof by fitting the opening 59 to a cover member has an upper cover 60 and a lower cover 61. A frame having the opening 59 is integrally formed on the upper cover 60. The opening 59 is covered with a battery cover member and made waterproof by a waterproof seal.
