FIELD: mechanical engineering; stabilizing treatment of axisymmetric parts, such as shafts after heat treatment and machining. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device is used for excitation of torsional and longitudinal vibrations and treatment of parts in resonance mode irrespective of level of natural vibrations of parts, thus ensuring smooth distribution of varying stresses over entire surface pf part. Vibrostabilization process includes securing one end of part and applying force to free end in form of torque and longitudinal exciting force; frequency of excited vibration is equal to natural frequency of vibrations of part. Proposed device includes vibration unit with vibrator and fasteners; one fasteners has plates for transmission of exciting force to free end of part at wide range of frequency change, resonance mode inclusive, when excitation frequency coincides with natural frequency of vibrations or resonance frequency of device. Device is provided with inertial mass in form of massive ring which is engageable with vibrator; flexible plates are secured to ring. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. ^ 3 dwg |
