PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which enables incorporation of a large amount of a plasticizer into a pressure sensitive adhesive layer in the pressure sensitive adhesive tape obtained by laminating the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on a substrate, excels in adhesiveness, cohesiveness, and stability, and does not cause skin irritation. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive tape obtained by coating an aqueous emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive containing a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a (meth)acrylic monomer having an acetoacetyl group in the molecule and one or more (meth)acrylic monomers selected from the group consisting of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, diacetoneacrylamide, methyl (meth)acrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, and tetraethylene glycol dimethacrylate together with a plasticizer on a substrate, and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer does not contain a percutaneously absorbing agent, and the copolymer is self-crossinked by the acetoacetyl group.
