PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient system for simultaneously and parallelly performing a plurality of processes including at least a glass disc installing process, a rough grinding process, a finishing grinding process, and a glass disc removing process, in an inner-outer peripheral surface grinding work device of a glass disc such as a hard disc. SOLUTION: This inner-outer peripheral surface grinding work system of the glass disc, has a first station for removing and installing at least the glass disc, a second station for performing rough grinding work of inner-outer peripheral surfaces of the glass disc, and a third station for performing finishing grinding work of the inner-outer peripheral surfaces of the glass disc. The system is constituted for simultaneously and parallelly performing work in the respective stations, by forming a mechanism for successively passing the installed glass disc through the respective stations.
