PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge for spectacles capable of securing a good state of smoothly opening/closing a temple and also easily adjusting it, and of stably maintaining a set state of opening/closing the temple also in the case of long-term use, and provide a frame of spectacles equipped with the hinge. SOLUTION: The hinge is constituted by tightening and coupling coupling members 30a and 30b by a screw 39. A barrel 33 is integrally provided on the member 30a, and barrels 35 and 37 are integrally provided on the member 30b, then washers 40 and 41 composed of phosphor bronze are fit in the hole 34 of the barrel 33.
