PURPOSE: A system and a method for registering/processing a cash transaction receipt with minimized transaction delay and congestion of a member shop are provided to enable the member shop to minimize the transaction delay/congestion by making the member shop issue only the cash transaction receipt to a customer and making the customer register it to a tax office through a cash transaction receipt provider. CONSTITUTION: A member shop system(11) issues the cash transaction receipt for cash settlement of goods/services received from the member shop(11a) to the customer(10), and searches/transfers transaction particular information of the cash transaction receipt for the first use of the cash transaction receipt if a cash transaction receipt register(12) requests it through the communication network. The register receives unique information for the cash transaction receipt and certification information from the customer, and checks whether the goods/services price information is included in the unique information. In case that the price information is included, the register transmits/registers the transaction particular information and the certification information of the customer to a cash receipt provider system(13).
