PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet structure capable of ensuring electric conduction, decreasing the number of screws to be tightened, reducing the man-hours for assembly, decreasing the component cost, and being miniaturized. SOLUTION: This cabinet structure which has a predetermined circuit built in a hollow cabinet 20 having an opening surface A, and is sealed with a shield cover 10 interposing a spring contact member 30 provided on the periphery of the opening surface A, is characterised in that a plurality of projections 12 and hooks 14 are integrally provided on the edge of the shield cover 10, and on the other hand, a plurality of engagement holes 24, through which the hooks pass and slide, for engaging the hooks and a plurality of escape holes 22, opened in the direction of the pressure exerted on the spring contact member 30 from the projections 12 upon the engagement, are provided on the periphery of the cabinet 20. Further, the spring contact member 30, interposed like a sheet between the peripheries of the cabinet 20 and the shield cover 10, is deflected into the escape holes by the pressure of the projections 12 to obtain the electric conduction.
