PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water suction port structure for a circulation type bathtub into which hair and a towel, etc., are not to be sucked. SOLUTION: In the water suction port structure for the circulation type bathtub for which a water suction port cover 8 is attached to the bathtub inner side of a water suction port flange 7, for the water suction port flange 7, a raised part 74 is raised over the entire periphery near the outer periphery of a flange part 73 abutting on the inner surface of a bathtub wall 1 via a packing material 13, and a male screw part 74a and an O-ring groove 74b to which an O-ring O can be mounted are formed on the outer periphery of the raised part 74. On the inner periphery of the cylinder side face part 82 of the water suction port cover 8, a female screw part 82a and an O-ring abutting surface 82b abutting on to the outer periphery of the O-ring O are formed. When the water suction port cover 8 is screwed on the water suction port flange 7, the end face 82c of the water suction port cover 8 and the water suction port flange 7 are made to abut on each other over the entire periphery.
