CURRENT SOURCE FOR GENERATING CONSTANT REFERENCE CURRENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current source for generating a constant reference current which needs a supplying voltage VDDas low as possible and has sensitivity as low as possible to fluctuation of the supplying voltage. SOLUTION: The current source for generating the constant reference current IBIAScomprises an amplifier circuit 5 for outputting a negative feedback voltage VGthrough a first resistor 6 in an inverting amplifying manner as an amplifying output voltage VA; a first voltage/current converter 8 for generating a current I3in a manner of depending on the amplifying output voltage VA; a first current mirror circuit 12-1 for mirroring the current I3generated by the voltage/current converter 8 to form a mirror current I2, the mirror current I2generating the negative feedback voltage VGthrough the first register 6; and a second current mirror circuit 12-2 for mirroring the current I3generated by the voltage/current converter 8 to form a reference current IOUT.
