PURPOSE: A clamping device of an air duct for a truck is provided to prevent inflow of rainwater between the boot and the lower duct by assembling the boot with the lower duct with the rubber clip. CONSTITUTION: A clamping device of an air duct for a truck is composed of an upper latch(36a) bent, formed in the lower part of a boot(36) and opened in the upper part, a lower latch(34a) bent, formed in the upper part of a lower duct(34) and opened in the lower part, and a rubber clip(40) fitted to the bent parts of the upper latch and the lower latch and composed of an upper body and a lower body formed of round rod type and a connecting part elastically formed between the upper body and the lower body. The upper part of the lower duct is covered with the lower part of the boot. The air duct is divided into the upper duct and the lower duct, and the bellows boot is inserted between the upper duct and the lower duct.
