PURPOSE: A driver with a variable holder is provided to grip the small nut or bolt easily and firmly by rotating and reversing the grip part with an elastic member, and to improve working efficiency by assembling the bolt and the nut at a step in holding. CONSTITUTION: A driver is composed of a handle(1) longitudinally formed, and an elastic part(10) combined axially with the handle. The elastic part is composed of an assembling part(11) inserted to the end of the handle, and a couple of bending part(13a,13b) extended from the end of the assembling part to connect the inner ends with a connecting piece(15) by bending the center outward. A couple of grip part(17a,17b) are extended from the ends of the bending parts and composed of a recess(18) inserting and gripping the bolt or the nut in elastically deforming the bending parts inward or outward. The elastic part is made of flexible synthetic resin, and the assembling part, the bending parts, the connecting piece and the grip parts are integrally formed.
