PURPOSE: A wired/wireless communication terminal system having a receiver with a blower is provided to prevent a rapid damage of a receiver of a terminal caused by being contacted with a waste material generated around the ear and the cheek of a user by continuously operating the blower. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of ventilating holes(5) are formed at an upper and lower cases(3,4) near a position where a receiving unit(2) is installed. A blower, namely, a fan member(6), is installed at a rear side of the receiving unit(2). A communicating circuit unit processes a voice signal of a user inputted/outputted through a transmitter/receiver and controls driving of the fan member(6) when the user is in call communication.
