The invention relates to safety clutches and can be used in the field of machine building. A safety clutch has driving and driven half-clutches, bushings, those are installed to the openings in the half-clutches, and shear element placed in the bushings. According to the invention each bushing has at the outer surface threading and at the outer end it is equipped with head for socket wrench for its screwing into half-clutch, at that the bushing screwed into the half-clutch with closed opening has smaller diameter compared to the bushing screwed into the haft-clutch with through opening. The invention provides decrease of operation expenses as the result of provision of possibility of operative replacement of shear element at one end of the clutch without its dismantling.
