ZINC BASED PLATED STRIP WITH INORGANIC-ORGANIC COMPLEX TREATMENT COMPRISING ZINC PHOSPHATE TREATED FILM AND POSTTREATED FILM TO IMPROVE CORROSION RESISTANCE AND COATING ADHESION

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a zinc based plated strip with inorganic-organic complex treatment which does not contain harmful chromate in treated films and obtains excellent corrosion resistance and coating adhesion after degreasing. CONSTITUTION: The zinc based plated strip with inorganic-organic complex treatment comprises a zinc phosphate treated film coated on the surface of a zinc based plated strip in a coating quantity of 0.3 to 5 g/m¬2; and a posttreated film formed on the zinc phosphate treated film in a coating quantity of 0.01 to 1 g/m¬2, the posttreated film containing (A) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of thiocarbonyl group contained compound, sulfide group contained compound and guanidyl group contained compound, (B) an organic resin, (C) a cross-linking agent and (D) an inorganic rust inhibitor.
