PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a collection ratio of powdered medicine by preventing the powdered medicine from scattering at the time of dividing the powdered medicine by a splitter and also improve division accuracy of the powdered medicine. SOLUTION: In a splitter including a distribution dish 2 for uniformly scattering powdered medicine supplied from a powdered medicine feeder and a scraper 3 for scraping the medicine at predetermined division pitches, a scraping plate 33 of the scraper 3 is accelerated before an arc groove 2R of the distribution dish 2 for rotation, and it is decelerated in a region in contact with the arc groove 2R for preventing the powder from scattering by the scraping plate 33, so that a collection ratio of the powdered medicine is improved and also division accuracy can be improved.
