The cool air supply device (16) comprises a thermoelectric cooler provided inside a casing (18) for cooling refrigerant. A heat pipe arranged inside the casing, transfers the refrigerant cooled by the cooler to an outlet vent (22) and a fan provided at the end of the heat pipe, transfers air cooled by the heat pipe to a housing (12) of a notebook computer (10) through the outlet vent.
