PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a wrench with ratchet for remote control wherein a hammer is collided to an operating bar, without problems. SOLUTION: The wrench 3 with ratchet is pivotally attached to the tip end 1a of an operating bar 1, and a hammer 21 is made to collide with the operating bar 1 to rotate the wrench 3 having the ratchet. The wrench with ratchet for remote control is characterised in that a spring releasing notch portion23 for preventing a spring 15 from colliding to a holding element 31 when a hook 11 is rotated to move the spring 15 by impact due to the collision of the hammer 21 and the operating bar 1, is provided at a lower portion of a first end 31a in the holding element 31, and the upper side portion of the spring releasing notch portion 33 in the first end 31a of the holding element 31 is made to be a hook abutting portion 35 on which the hook 11 is to abut.
