PURPOSE: A belt clip device of a cellular phone case is provided to be combinable in fixed type or rotational type so as to be wearable on a waist belt in connection with a terminal case, thereby commonly using the belt clip device. CONSTITUTION: A T-shaped concave portion(18) is configured on a center by protruding a round-shaped fixing portion(6) in front direction of a plate-shaped support(8). A leaf spring is mounted on the T-shaped concave portion(18) while a fixing projection(10) is inserted into a lower external side. When a round-shaped insertion portion(12) is punched, hooking grooves(16) of a guide(14) are inserted to be supported on the leaf spring or the fixing projection(10). The inserted hooking grooves(16) are combined in fixed type or rotational type.
