<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoclave which freely adjusts a pressure-decreasing rate of an inner pressure in accordance with the kinds of materials to be treated. <P>SOLUTION: The autoclave 1 is provided with a can body 2 which has a freely openable and closable lid body 3 and is endurable to a high pressure and high temperature, a heater 5 for heating the can body 2, a pipe 7 which combines the inside of the can body 2 with the air outside and an exhaust valve 8 mounted on a middle point of the pipe 7. In addition, the autoclave 1 is provided with a motor 10 (for example, a stepping motor) which is connected to the rotatable valve element 8b of the exhaust valve 8 to enable continuous change of the rotation angle of the valve element 8b, the exhaust valve 8 (for example, a ball valve) having the valve element 8b having fluid resistance continuously changeable according to the rotation angle and rotation angle adjusting means 13a and 13b which adjust the rotation angle of the motor 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
