<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring sensor having an extremely efficient axial-direction seal against a medium causing a malfunction of the measuring sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A region of a clamping sleeve 23 covering a diaphragm 21 is caulked annularly at an upper part and a lower part in the axial direction of radial direction apertures 20, 24 on a protection sleeve and clamping sleeves 18, 23, and both annularly caulked parts are constituted as follows: the diaphragm 21 is constituted so as to be pushed down gradually strongly from inside caulked edges 251, 261 facing each other toward outside caulked edges 252, 262 facing mutually to the reverse sides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
