<p>A method of fabricating a solar cell according to an embodiment includes a step of forming a backside electrode layer on a substrate; a step of forming a light absorption layer on the backside electrode layer; a step of forming a buffer layer on the light absorption layer; and a step of forming a frontside electrode layer on the buffer layer.
