<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light reflecting film excellent in reflection characteristic, shielding ability and the uniformity of the luminance of a screen. <P>SOLUTION: The optical reflecting film satisfies following three requirements (1) to (3). (1) A light shielding layer is provided on one surface of the film. (2) The average reflectance of the surface where the light shielding layer is not provided is ≥90%.
