<p>An onion peeling knife has a flat profile handle (D) with a hole at one end (F) to hang the knife onto a hook and a multi function blade (A) at the other end. The blade has a straight cutting edge (B) at the top of the blade, for trimming off the ends of an onion and a concave profile at the other edge. The far end of the concave profile has a short edge (C) which is used to cut around the equator of the onion. The concave profile is used to scrape the skin towards the trimmed off ends and off the onion. The operator holds the onion in one hand and trims, slits and scrapes with the knife in the other end.</p> |
