METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING ELECTRONIC FORM AND ELECTRONIC FORM DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for removing the load of the registering work of a new electronic form in a customer's server and distributing the new electronic form data without any trouble even when the customer's server is under a security environment.

SOLUTION: The customer's server is provided with: a distribution schedule retrieval means for periodically retrieving the distribution schedule of new electronic form data; and a form data acquisition means for starting the download of the new electronic form from the acquired distribution schedule at set time. The customer's server accesses the server of an electronic form data provider when necessary.
