PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair brush applying coating liquid such as hairdressing and chemical to the hair and the scalp for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The brush bristles are impregnated with the coating liquid and, the coating liquid consumed in brushing is automatically supplied. The material of the brush bristles is wood or animal bristles capable of impregnated with the coating liquid, the coating liquid is positioned at the lower part of a brush base by taking account of the functionality and storage property, and when the coating liquid touches the lower end parts of the brush bristles, it is supplied to the upper end parts of the brush bristles by the capillary phenomena.
