<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand washer, which can be used and maintained easily, handled without expertise knowledge, installed or moved in/to required places as freely as possible, and enables people to clean and sterilize the hands or the fingers easily when and where required, by reducing size and weight of an electrolytic device. <P>SOLUTION: The hand washer has a washing device body 10 having a raw water tank 20 which stores raw water 21, an electrolyte container 30 which adds solid electrolyte 31 to the raw water 21 from the raw water tank 20, an electrolyzer 40 which applies electrolysis to electrolyte added water 32 which is made from the raw water 21 added with solid electrolyte 31, electrolytic water 41 made through the electrolyzer 40, a discharge nozzle 50 which discharges the electrolytic water 41, a cleaning space 11 where the hands or the fingers touches electrolytic water 51 sprayed out from the discharge nozzle 50 and a waste water tank 60 which stores the electrolytic water 12 drained from the cleaning space 11.
