PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defroster device capable of removing fogs formed by dews or frosts on a window immediately after the device is turned on. SOLUTION: This defroster device is configured to irradiate infrared rays at least on a part 21 surrounding an eye point of a driver at the inner side of the window 20 by means of an infrared ray irradiating means 10 installed in a vehicular cabin.
