ARRANGEMENT METHOD AND DEVICE FOR POSITIONING BENDING ANGLE DETECTING SENSOR IN BENDING MACHINE, AND CONTROL METHOD FOR BENDING MACHINE USING THE BENDING ANGLE DETECTING SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement method and a device for a bending angle detecting sensor in a bending machine, which can automatically determine the arrangement of the bending angle detecting sensor without depending on the experience and intuition, and also to provide a control method for a bending machine using the bending angle detecting sensor which can be controlled with a simple logic. SOLUTION: The arrangement method for positioning the bending angle detecting sensor in the bending machine is composed of the following processes. (1) CAD information of a work and information of lower and upper split dies are obtained. (2) The bending order of the work is determined on the basis of the information obtained in the process (1). (3) The combination and the arrangement of the lower split die and the arrangement position of the bending angle detecting sensor are determined on the basis of an arrangement reference of the bending angle detecting sensor. (4) A back gauge is positioned to the arrangement position of the bending angle detecting sensor on the basis of the combination of the lower split die determined in the process (3) and the arrangement position information of the bending angle detecting sensor. (5) The bending angle detecting sensor and the lower split die are positioned and arranged by making the side face of the back gauge positioned in the process (4) as a reference.
