PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible ruler which is made of a resin reducing an environmental load in disposal, which has sufficient shape retaining capacity, and which can adapt to a small radius of curvature. SOLUTION: This flexible ruler is a strip-shaped object which is composed of an oriented olefine-based resin sheet (preferably, the total of its thickness is in a range of 0.4-2.5 mm) with a draw ratio of 10-40, or a strip-shaped object (or a nonwoven fabric) wherein the oriented olefine-based resin sheet and a thermoplastic resin film are laminated together.
