PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to achieve improved dielectric constant of upper and lower dielectrics and prevent jitter and high temperature/low temperature erroneous discharge by using a ferroelectric ceramic material. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel comprises a lower dielectric formed by a material containing a ferroelectric transparent ceramic material; an upper dielectric formed by a material containing a ferroelectric transparent ceramic material; and a phosphor which is mixed with ferroelectric transparent ceramic powder, or has a surface on which a ferroelectric transparent ceramic powder material is formed into a thin film. |
