PURPOSE: A device for fixing a battery case for a mobile communication terminal is provided to enhance a coupling force between a hook and a hooking portion by comprising supporting members which elastically support a bottom surface during a hook combination, thereby preventing a battery case from being easily separated. CONSTITUTION: A fixing hook(21) is comprised at an upper end of a battery case(20) to fix and separate the battery case(20) to and from a body case(10). A hook insertion hole(11) is formed on the body case(10) to insert the hook(21), while a hooking portion combined with the hook(21) is disposed on an inner side. At least more than one supporting member(40) having an elastic force on a lower side of the hook(21) is arranged on the body case(10). A supporting surface contacted with a bottom of the hook(21) is formed on an upper surface of the supporting members(40).
