PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent cyclone dust-collecting device which eases electrostatic charging to a filter part provided in a swirl chamber and increases the whirling force of the swirl chamber. SOLUTION: The cyclone dust-collecting device is provided with the swirl chamber 6 which swirls air containing dust from a floor brush, a dust-collecting chamber 7 which collects the dust separated by swirling, an air exhaust port 5 which discharges the air in the swirl chamber 6 and a cylindrical filter part 10 which is arranged at the air exhaust port 5 toward the inside of the swirl chamber 6.
