PURPOSE: A water injection type whole body massager is provided to reduce noise due to massager operation and falling water, to increase injection pressure by ejector type injection nozzle disposed at an upper portion of an injection, and thus to improve massage effect. CONSTITUTION: The water injection type whole body massager includes a water tank installed in a frame which is in an interior of a body case(100), a seat member(110) engaged with the water tank, a movable water path to allow an injection device to be driven by a driving device, a middle slanted plate integrally formed with the movable water path, an upper side plate integrally formed with the seat member, both side plates integrally formed with both sides of the frame, and an engagement portion engaged with a peripheral portion of the upper side plate and both side plates. The seat member comprises a seat with multiple through holes for supporting user's weight, an elastic water-proof seat disposed in the seat, and a cover seat fixed by the engaging portion and directly touched with the human body. The injection device travels by the driving device along a rail which is longitudinally coupled with the lower side of the water path. The injection device travels within the water path while exposing only a portion of the injection nozzle.
