PURPOSE: A system, a device, and a method for displays an image based on contents information including more than one link are provided to enable a user to easily select all screens with a simple manipulation, as an image is not scrolled in a link unit on a display screen by alternatively switching the first or the second mode with external manipulation. CONSTITUTION: A CPU(7) controls a display status of the image based on the contents information displayed on the display screen. A remote controller(3) switches an operation mode of the CPU to the first or the second mode by the manipulation of a manipulation part(3B). In a state that a part of the image is displayed on the display screen, the CPU scrolls the image on the display screen in the first mode, and sequentially selects each link fixed to the display screen in the second mode.
