CORROSION-RESISTING OIL TANKER COMPOSED OF AN OIL TANK AND A DESULFURIZING UNIT

PURPOSE: An oil tanker is provided to prevent the increase of drying cost, to remove difficulties for repairing and maintaining, and to improve corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: An oil tanker is composed of an oil tank(2) for storing oil(13) and a desulfurizing unit(20) for removing hydrogen sulfide contained in the gas in the oil tank. The desulfurizing unit lowers the concentration of the hydrogen sulfide contained in the gas below 1000ppm. A circulation pump circulates the oil by sucking in the oil remaining in a bottom plate of the oil tank together with brine and discharging the oil and the brine upward. An inclined surface is disposed on the bottom plate of the oil tank. A brine storage unit has corrosion resistance for keeping the brine contained in the coil collected by the inclined surface.
