The outer surface of the drum (2) is made of a multitude of rings (3), each with a u-shaped cross section and a cam-ring (6) extending from the top. The inner ends are welded (12) to a cylinder (5) accommodated within the rings (3). The cylinder (5) is formed of a rectangular sheet rolled into shape and slightly compressed in order to expand when positioned inside the added rings (5). Lids (10), fitted with pivots (13) in their centers, are welded to both outer ends of the drum (2).
