PURPOSE: A method for using personal handwriting on an on/offline computer is provided to offer a distinctive computer use environment by enabling a user to freely use the personal handwriting on the on/offline. CONSTITUTION: A web font and a true font based on the personal handwriting are made by using a handwriting making form returned from a user after the user makes the form received from a service provider with the handwriting(St9). The web font is stored in a database by each user, and the true font is transmitted to the user in order to use it on the offline(St11). Recorded contents received from the user are transformed into the web font of the user(St13). The transformed recorded contents are transmitted to a receiver as a mail or displayed to a writable web page of an URL(Uniform Resource Locator) fixed by the user(St14).
