摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a system for cooling furnace body, the system which is capable of being used semipermanently without replacement, and in which various accessory facilities and their space are not necessary to result in reduction of electric energy accordingly, and to provide a method for cooling furnace body by using the system. CONSTITUTION: In a system for cooling various furnace bodies, the system for cooling the furnace body(101) comprises a heat resistant steel plate(103) which has a melting point higher than temperature of molten material in furnace(100), and which is surrounded around the inner wall of the furnace body in such a way that the heat resistant steel plate is spaced apart from the inner wall of the furnace body in a certain gap; and a refractory layer formed by filling a filler in a space part(104) between the inner wall of the furnace body and the heat resistant steel plate, wherein the filler is castable, wherein the system further comprises fixing means for providing the heat resistant steel plate with impact resistance against charging impact of charging materials and fixing the heat resistant steel plate, wherein the fixing means are anchors, or bolts and nuts fabricated of molybdenum, and wherein the heat resistant steel plate is a molybdenum steel plate.
