PURPOSE: A voice recognition system supporting unregistered vocabulary processing through the telephone network, a method thereof, and a computer-readable recording medium storing the same are provided to register an unregistered vocabulary to an unregistered vocabulary dictionary by automatically collecting the unregistered vocabulary from the input vocabulary, and classifying it. CONSTITUTION: An unregistered vocabulary processor(400) selects the unregistered vocabulary from inputted voice data and temporarily stores it. After a predetermined period, the unregistered vocabulary processor selects the unregistered vocabulary satisfying a condition from the temporarily stored unregistered vocabulary and stores it. A temporarily unregistered vocabulary dictionary(410) temporarily stores the unregistered vocabulary selected from the unregistered vocabulary processor. The unregistered vocabulary dictionary(320) temporarily stores the unregistered vocabulary satisfying the condition from the temporarily unregistered vocabulary dictionary.
