PURPOSE: A rotary type automatic water gate is provided to drain off the water of the upper stream under low water pressure using a multistage operating method and to prevent the accumulation of sewerage on a water gate at drainage. CONSTITUTION: The rotary type automatic water gate contains two rotary brackets(30) installed to a wall(60) to locate on the upper part of a water gate(10) after leaving the interval corresponding to the width of the water gate(10), a connecting bar(20) whose one end is coupled to the rotary bracket(30) and the other end is coupled to both sides of the water gate by a shaft to have primary and secondary multistage operating structures, and a rubber water stopping ring installed to the inside of the water gate(10) to prevent a water leakage between the wall(60) and the water gate(10). The rotary bracket(30) comprises a fixed cap built in the wall(60) and provided with a hanging projection, and a fixed rod whose one end is inserted to the fixed cap and provided with a hanging end corresponded to the hanging projection and the other end is coupled with a connecting bar(20).
