PURPOSE: A natural rubber composition for a silica master batch, its preparation method and a rubber composition for a tire containing the composition are provided, to improve the dispersibility and processability of silica. CONSTITUTION: The natural rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a natural rubber; 20-50 parts by weight of silica; 1-5 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent; 2-3 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol; and 1-5 parts by weight of N-capric acid. The method comprises the steps of blending a natural rubber and injecting silica and a silane coupling agent to the natural rubber; injecting polyethylene glycol and N-capric acid to the obtained mixture; and heating and mixing the mixture by starting at a temperature of 100 deg.C to a temperature of 160 deg.C.
