PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress stopping of a working line by preventing suspension of working as much as possible, even when a working part to be worked is suspended, in a machine tool system having a plurality of two-axis machine tools arranged in parallel. SOLUTION: The plurality of two-axis machine tools 1 having left and right working parts 2L and 2R are installed in parallel. On both of the left and right sides of the arrangement of the machine tools 1, workpiece carrying lines 31L and 31R are provided along the arrangement direction. In this machine tool system, a loader 3 is provided for every machine tool 1, the workpieces W are successively fed to the left or right working part 2L or 2R over the plurality of machine tools 1 to perform working of a plurality of processes. In a loader control device 43 in this system, the loader 3 is controlled to carry the workpiece W carried from the left workpiece carrying line 31L and the workpiece W carried from the right workpiece carrying line 31R to the left working part 2L and the right working part 2R, respectively, as a basic control operation of the loader 3. When the working parts 2L and 2R to be expected carrying destinations are in unacceptable states, and the adjacent working parts 2L and 2R are in acceptable states, the workpieces W are carried to the working parts 2L and 2R in the carrying possible states.
