PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a circuit board to accurately positioned at a proper position in pushing in and fixing it inside a connector housing. SOLUTION: The connector with the circuit board built in is provided with the connector housing 10 having a circuit-board-housing space S for housing the circuit board inside, the circuit board 12 built into the circuit-board-housing space, and connecting terminals 14, 16 built into the connector housing with lead parts 14a, 16a connected to the circuit board 12. It is characterised by being further provided with a crush rib 38A for circuit board fixing on one inner wall face 36A out of an opposing pair of inner wall faces 28a, 36A pinching the circuit-board-housing space S and a guide projection 40A for guiding the circuit board to a proper position, and a crush rib 38B for circuit board fixing on one inner wall face 36B out of the other pair of inner wall faces 32a, 36B and a guide projection 40B for guiding the circuit board to a proper position.
