PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner pot to which boiled rice is hardly attached, and to provide a rice cooker capable of saving energy required for keeping the boiled rice warm. SOLUTION: The rice cooker comprises a body in which the inner pot is stored and an induction heating coil disposed facing the outer surface of the inner pot for induction-heating the inner pot. The inner pot is made of a ceramic material or a mixed material of ceramics and glass, and a heating member made of a magnetic material is jointed at least to a part facing the induction heating coil on the outer surface of the inner pot.
