PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball output device by which pachinko balls are put out stably and reliably. SOLUTION: The ball output device 14 is provided with: a ball path 19 through which the pachinko balls flow down continuously; an output rotator 20 which faces the ball path 19 and which has a spiral protrusion 27 for guiding the pachinko balls in the ball path 19 formed with a prescribed lead angle on its outer periphery; and an electrical drive source 21 for driving the output rotator 20. At the upstream start end part of the protrusion 27, a ball stopping surface 28 whose upper surface is tilted down outward and where the lead angle is made to be nearly zero is formed.
